Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 10/2/2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or services. By accessing our website or hiring Codloom for services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Codloom’s website and services. By engaging with our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Codloom provides web design, web development, UI/UX design, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, and related digital services. All services will be outlined clearly in a proposal, quotation, or written agreement before the project begins.

3. Project Agreement

A project officially starts once the client approves the proposal and the required deposit or initial payment is made. Project scope, features, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in writing. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

4. Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide necessary content, access credentials, and materials on time, review and approve deliverables promptly, and ensure they have rights to all content provided. Codloom is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses or missing materials.

6. Revisions

The number of revisions will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved website or design deliverables. Codloom retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party tools, plugins, or themes remain subject to their original licenses.

8. Third-Party Services

Codloom may integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, or APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, security breaches, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Codloom shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business, revenue, or data, or website downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project in writing. If the client terminates the project, payments made are non-refundable and the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Website Content

All content provided by the client must not violate any laws or third-party rights. Codloom reserves the right to refuse projects involving illegal, harmful, or unethical content.

12. Changes to Terms

Codloom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of your operating jurisdiction.
